Earlier in my career, as a Business Process Analyst at Tata Steel Service Centre –  Mangla Sons, a $40M USD annual turnover steel plant, I led business intelligence and process optimization initiatives that resulted in a 5% increase in annual revenue. I created custom dashboards for inventory management, material flow, and production scheduling, implemented Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery tracking, automated order fulfillment reports, and performed root cause analyses to reduce operational delays and material waste.
